Meet the founders

Edgar & Bianca Perez

“Chef Edgar brings over 20 years of culinary experience and expertise to his kitchen at The Boulevard Marco. Chef Perez began his career in his family’s restaurant at the age of 15 and he has been dedicated to creating the best culinary tastes for his guests ever since.”

Chef Edgar believes the best food is made with the best ingredients. He works with local farmers and suppliers to find the perfect combination of flavors for his specialty dishes, and he and his team work together to give every guest a memorable dinner.
